The Marshgate Group is a privately owned property development & investment company founded in 1998. The business is funded entirely by private equity, which provides a significant capital base to acquire sites and invest in commercial opportunities.

Pedigree
Marshgate Group was founded in 1998. The company’s origins were developing local government/civic and community developments around the United Kingdom. Larger projects in differing sectors emerged as the groups strong reputation grew. The Group ultimately found its niche with developing innovative Industrial & Logistics buildings to high acclaim.
Marshgate Group were Pan-European for a number of years – successfully partnered with Iron Mountain the group developed specific bespoke properties to suit Iron Mountain across Europe.
Today Marshgate maintains a vision to deliver quality & sustainable projects to the UK market, providing funds & owner occupiers a product that will create an enviable environment thoughtfully matched to its surrounding location. With over 25 years of experience within the industry, the team are highly motivated, experienced and passionate about their business. The Group are proud to be at the forefront of design, quality & innovation.
Whilst Marshgate remains investors in numerous sectors throughout Europe, the primary focus today is on the delivery of best-in-class, high quality industrial & logistics warehousing for the South of England.
