Phase 2 will provide a further 55,000sqm of prime, best-in-class industrial warehousing targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC rating of A+. The properties have been sensitively designed to reflect the local area by incorporating a high increase in landscaping along with the creation of new ecological habitats to increase Biodiversity Net Gain.

The proposals will provide highways improvements to the local area, pedestrian and cycle routes through to Phase 1, the wider community and to Great Notley Country Park.

All properties on Phase 2 will benefit from EV Charging points & PV Panels on the roofs providing a sustainable energy source for occupiers.
