Marshgate Group has recently purchased this 6,000 sq ft character office building from the partners of Pelly’s RJP solicitors.
The property will be re-developed into 6 luxury apartments under permitted development rights which will be offered to the market for sale. Works are due to commence in May 2015.
In return a letting was agreed a letting to Pelly’s of a refurbished building at 18 The Causeway which is owned by Marshgate Group as an investment. The new offices will offer Pelly’s more efficient and modern working environment.
