The Marshgate Group has recently formed a joint venture with Starwood Capital Group with equity funds available to invest £150m.  This vehicle primarily seeks to purchase sites from 4 to 50 acres across southern England for industrial development.

The Marshgate Group’s strong equity base allows us to make rapid decisions allowing us to acquire sites without unnecessary delays. This further gives the company the ability to immediately invest in infrastructure in order to ready the site for construction and deliver buildings quickly.
