Marshgate Group are pleased to announce the forward sale of Vision Stansted, to Royal London Asset Management (RLAM).
Vision Stansted is a new light industrial/warehouse Development totalling 103,894 sq ft in 3 blocks offering units from 15,000 to 42,000 sq ft and is located near London Stansted Airport just off Junction 8 of the M11.
Marshgate Group are responsible for delivering the scheme under a development management agreement with RLAM having entered into a full forward commitment to finalise the purchase upon practical completion.
The scheme is designed to appeal to a wide variety of employment generating users from High Tech Manufacturing, R&D and logistics. Due to the site’s proximity to Stansted Airport, we are also confident of attracting business from the world of aviation.
Vision-Stansted is the first development of its type in the Bishop’s Stortford/Stansted area since 2008 and marks the long awaited return of industrial development in the region.
Particular attention was paid to the design and appearance of the buildings via the use of hardwood cladding, “Category A” finishes to the offices and the latest thermally efficient design. This promotes a “sense of place” for staff more akin to a business park than industrial estate. In this way we are able to offer “regeneration through design” in order to change the physical characteristics of any given area.
Site works commenced in March 2015 with buildings being ready for occupation from June 2016.
